The Lee County Sheriff’s Office (Ft. Myers) Florida, is accepting letters of interest and resumes for a full time Civilian Polygraph Examiner who graduated from an APA accredited polygraph school. Salary is $39,067-$75,000 plus state retirement. Must have as a minimum, a Bachelor’s Degree or two (2) year college degree AND proof of three (3) years investigative experience (including interrogation and interview) or five (5) years investigative experience in Law Enforcement (including interrogation and interview) and a high school diploma. Directed Lie Screening Test experience is preferred. THIS IS AN ENTRY LEVEL POSITION
Candidates do not have to be a Certified Polygraph Examiner, but must successfully complete an American Polygraph Association ‘Certified Basic Polygraph Examiner Training Program’ (10+ weeks), paid for by the DPSCS. In consideration for the DPSCS sponsoring the candidate’s training, they will be required to sign a three year employment contract. The successful candidate must be eligible for membership in the American Polygraph Association upon completion of training.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
Two years of experience in criminal investigations work with a recognized law enforcement agency.
Notes: 1.Graduate education at an accredited college of university may be substituted on a year for year basis for the required experience for up to two years. 2.Additional work experience in law enforcement may be substituted on a year for year basis for up to four years of the required education.

Capital Center for Credibility Assessment
-The Capital Center for Credibility Assessment Corporation (C3A) is recruiting Federally Trained Polygraph Examiners to conduct polygraph examinations for the U.S. Government as Contractors with C3A.
-C3A was awarded a five year contract with a large Federal Agency and is currently conducting LEPET examinations in CA, AZ, NM, and TX. Just recently, C3A was the sole awardee of a task order to conduct polygraph examinations within a 400 mile radius in NY and NJ. C3A was awarded this contract due to our ability to provide the desired services within the specified time lines.
-C3A is also recruiting Federally Trained Polygraph Examiners to conduct contract polygraph examinations for the Department of Defense. If C3A is awarded a of this contact the contract examiners would be expected to run TES examinations at the following locations: Baltimore, MD, Virginia Beach, VA, Ft. Lauderdale, FL, San Diego, FL, and Pearl Harbor.
